The VISION

From fragmented offices to one connected destination. Previously spread across five buildings, collaboration between brands was limited by physical separation. MCM reimagined the workplace as a single headquarters where movement, interaction and shared experiences become part of everyday working life. Rather than treating consolidation as a logistical exercise, the design creates an environment where connection happens naturally while every brand retains its own distinct voice.

A workplace that transforms as quickly as the brands inside it. The concept of dynamic Brand Hubs allows each business to express its own identity without permanently claiming space. Concealed product displays, digital environments and adaptable branding systems enable areas to transform instantly, allowing one workplace to support multiple personalities throughout the day. The result is a headquarters that is constantly evolving rather than fixed - responding to launches, events and changing business needs at the touch of a button.

Creating places that inspire people and transform businesses.

FUNCTION

One headquarters replaces five disconnected workplaces, improving collaboration while giving every brand dedicated spaces and controlled access through intelligent zoning and QR-enabled circulation.
